If you’re wondering what happens at renewal time, we’ll be in contact by email 3 – 4 weeks before your renewal date once we’ve reviewed how you have driven over the last year and adjusted your driving score if necessary. We will not renew your policy or take any money from your bank account or credit/debit card until you’ve told us to go ahead.
